Meet Carmen Bradford: The Brains and Beauty Behind Studio 62 -“Your Creative Playground”

Welcome to Studio 62, where creativity, strategy, and sheer passion meet under the innovative leadership of Carmen Bradford. As the owner and CEO, Carmen isn't just the force behind the lens or the mic — she’s the architect of a brand that empowers, inspires, and elevates creatives and small businesses alike. So, let’s dive into the journey of the woman who makes Studio 62 the creative playground what it is today.

An Education That Amplified Creativity and Communication

Carmen’s journey in media and communications began with a Bachelor’s in Media Production, followed by a Master’s in Strategic Communications. She honed her expertise in delivering messages that resonate and using visuals that captivate. With her Google AdWords certification, Carmen knows how to make brands seen, not just heard.

A Decade of Passion and Purpose in Photography

With over a decade behind the camera, Carmen has captured pivotal moments for organizations such as the Arkansas Minority Health Commission, Human Rights Campaign Foundation, and the City of Little Rock, to name a few. Her portfolio spans non-profits, universities, and foundations, including Philander Smith University and the Arkansas AIDS Foundation. But Carmen’s talents don’t stop at photography; her marketing and graphic design skills have allowed her to brand influential events like JusticeCon and the recent Daisy Bates Statue Unveiling.

Teaching the Art

It’s one thing to be a talented photographer, but Carmen has also taught her craft at the collegiate level, sharing her techniques and insights with the next generation of creatives. Her commitment to teaching goes hand-in-hand with Studio 62’s mission to be an incubator for creative growth, allowing aspiring photographers and strategists to learn from the best.

The Voice of Urban Gospel and Content Creation

Carmen’s creative footprint goes beyond visuals. With over ten years in radio and radio production, she’s hosted the midday show on Arkansas’ # 1 gospel station, Praise 102.5 FM, keeping listeners uplifted and engaged. As the urban content manager for POWER 92 Jams and KOKY — the state’s top urban stations — Carmen has helped shape Arkansas’ airwaves for over a decade, becoming an influential voice in urban content management and media.

A Strategic Fundraiser

From grassroots campaigns to larger initiatives, Carmen has led fundraising efforts totaling close to $1 million. Her strategic insight and commitment to her community are clear in every campaign she leads. Carmen’s ability to connect with audiences and inspire action has made her an invaluable resource for numerous organizations seeking to make a difference.

Balancing It All with Family

As a mother of four (soon to be five!) beautiful children, Carmen truly embodies resilience and dedication. Balancing motherhood with a thriving career in creative media, she continues to prove that you can pursue your dreams and manage a family with grace and purpose.

Studio 62: A Vision for Creatives Everywhere

Under Carmen’s leadership, Studio 62 is more than a content studio. It’s a space where creativity thrives, where each project is tailored to bring a client’s unique vision to life. Whether it’s photography, branding, digital marketing, or event promotion, Carmen ensures that Studio 62 remains a hub for creative possibility.
